The newest student apartment community to open in Gainesville is well underway with construction on the four-story, 279,075–square-foot building located less than a mile from the University of Florida. Now Offering Hard Hat Tours
Whether you’ve already signed a lease or are considering calling ALSANDER Gainesville home, take advantage of getting a glimpse of our new community with a hard hat tour. Every Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., visitors are welcome to see what our model units look like (everything else is under construction). Tours are by appointment only and can be scheduled by giving our leasing office a call at (352) 261-5799 or by visiting alsandergnv.com. On your hard hat tour, you’ll be able to see three of our stunning, fully furnished floor plans — the Archer (studio), the Cade (3×3), and the Hipp (5×5). From open kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in style bar with barstools to spacious walk-in closets and modern light fixtures, it will be easy to picture yourself coming home to high-end comfort.

Residents will love having access anytime to on-site mini putt–putt! Construction is almost completed on this fun amenity, as well as our barbecue cabana.
